Once a quarter, Duxbury House staff are nominated by their peers for the “Shining Star” award – an award that helps shine a light on our employees who are recognized as consistently going above and beyond the call of duty for our residents and fellow staff.
This month, associate Margareth Belony was nominated via the following submissions:
“Margareth is caring towards residents… and uses calming words and redirection. She will make multiple attempts to provide care to residents and is always attentive to their individual needs. She goes above + beyond and is a pleasure to work with.”
“Margareth is soft in her speech and movements. She is so helpful. Whenever we ask Margareth a question, she always looks to find an answer. She is very peaceful, loving, and kind.”
