Each quarter, Duxbury House staff are nominated by their peers for the “Shining Star” award – an award that helps shine a light on our employees who are recognized as consistently going above and beyond the call of duty for our residents and fellow staff.
This month, associate Deb Gleason was nominated via the following submission:
“Deb is consistently helping any department head that asks for help, from organizing things to making signs, to cutting out activities. She is learning new skills on the computer and applying them to help Duxbury House run smoothly. She greets everyone with a smile and is always willing to lend an ear to families, residents and staff alike. She is a huge asset to Duxbury House and we are lucky to have her!”
